1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms of service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Lanevo platform, including the website, the application, and any related services (together, the "Service"), provided by the operator of Lanevo ("Lanevo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent ("you" or "your Company").
2. The Service
Lanevo is a subscription back-office and customer relationship management system for car rental businesses, covering bookings, fleet management, fines and tolls, billing, and finance reporting, among other modules described on the product pages.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. Material reductions in functionality for paying customers will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
3. Accounts and registration
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must be legally authorised to bind your Company to these Terms.
4. Free trial
New accounts may start a free trial of the length stated at signup. No payment method is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial, your workspace may become read-only until you select a paid plan; nothing is deleted solely because a trial ends.
5. Subscription plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected at checkout. Prices are as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial-period refunds except as described in the Refund policy.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service, including customer records, bookings, and financial records ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy policy and, where applicable, a signed Data processing agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of Customer Data and for having the right to enter it into the Service, including any consents required from your own customers.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts; interfere with the Service’s normal operation; or resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written agreement.
9. Intellectual property
Lanevo and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as intended.
10. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanevo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment, following reasonable notice where practical. You may export your Customer Data for a period after termination, as described in the Privacy policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before taking effect.
14. Governing law
