The shared inbox connects to WhatsApp’s own official Cloud API — not a workaround, not a separate app your team has to check.
Spreadsheet import
Bring in vehicles, customers, agreements and fines from a CSV or Excel export — the same starting point the migration process expects.
Excel & PDF export
Every finance and operational report exports to Excel or PDF, so the numbers can go wherever your accountant or investor already works.

- Planned Structured export formats aimed at common accounting workflows, so finance data doesn’t need manual re-entry into a separate ledger.
Payment reconciliation
- Planned Matching incoming bank or card settlement records against invoices automatically, on top of today’s manual payment recording.
Calendar sync
- Considering Pushing pickup and return times to a shared calendar, for teams that plan logistics outside the system.
Open API access
- Considering A documented API for teams who want to connect their own tools directly — not committed yet, and would be announced with real documentation, not a placeholder.
FAQ
Questions about integrations.
No — there’s no live government or toll-authority data connection, since that would need a formal integration Lanevo doesn’t have. Fines and tolls come in as an imported batch, matched automatically to the right vehicle and agreement, with a one-click shortcut on every vehicle to check the authority’s own public page for a fast manual look-up.
Not yet. It’s on the list of things being considered — see the roadmap above — but nothing here claims an API that doesn’t exist.
Not as a direct live connection today. You can export every finance report as Excel or PDF and bring it into whatever you use.
It’s built on WhatsApp’s own official Cloud API, which is the same foundation WhatsApp itself recommends for business use.
